For sustainable investment fund recommendations, Nordea Node relies on the UN principles for responsible Investment. The framework is based on so-called exclusion whereby fund management companies may not invest in specific sectors. In the table below, we have compiled the sectors which are excluded by the fund management companies based on the UN guidelines. For some pension accounts and salary exchange accounts, a forecast for future returns is simulated in a graph. The graph is intended to give you an indication of how the account's future development will be. It is, however, important to point out that it is just an indication and not a guarantee of future returns.  Nordea Node’s simulation is based on established statistical models and takes the following into account: Each asset's historical risk/volatility (if an individual asset has only been in existence for a short time, it will be removed from the simulation so as not to be misleading) Each asset’s historical movement in relation to various broad market indices The historical development of several broad market indices On the basis of the above, a risk and expected return is calculated for each asset. Everything is then put together and the investment fund portfolio's various expected outcomes are presented to you in a graph. The middle line represents the expected return. The upper and bottom lines represent a range within which 80% of all outcomes should end up. In other words, there is a probability of 90% that you should get a higher amount than the bottom line – according to the simulation. 

A person in a politically exposed position, so called PEP, is a person who has or has had an important public function in a state or in an international organization. Nordea Node is obliged to ask if you are a person in a politically exposed position or if anyone in your vicinity is such a person. A person in your vicinity refers to a family member or known employee in accordance with the Act (2017:630) on measures against money laundering and terrorist financing. If you are a PEP, you cannot get any advice from Nordea Node.  By important public function in a state is meant functions such as: heads of State or Government, Ministers and Deputy Ministers and Deputy Ministers members of Parliament members of the Management Board of Political Parties (represented in any of the bodies referred to in paragraphs 1-2 judges of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court or other high-level judicial bodies whose decisions can only exceptionally be appealed senior officials of audit authorities and members of central bank governing bodies ambassadors, Chiefs of Mission and senior officers of the Armed Forces persons who are part of the administrative, management or control bodies of state-owned companies An important public function in an international organization refers to functions such as: directors deputy directors board members holders of similar positions Family member refers to: spouse registered partner cohabitant children and their spouses children and their registered partners children and their cohabitants parents   By known employee is meant a natural person who, according to what is known or there is reason to believe, jointly with a person in a politically exposed position is the real principal of a legal person or legal structure or who otherwise has or has had close relations with a person in politically vulnerable position natural person who is the sole real principal of a legal person or legal structure which, as far as is known or there is reason to believe, has actually been established for the benefit of a person in a politically exposed position Close connections refer to close business connections and other connections that may mean that the known employee may be associated with an increased risk of money laundering or terrorist financing. ­­
